Question #4 will refer not only to chapters 4 and 5 specifically, but also allow you to draw from the information you have gathered so far from the TCOTW.

Do we need to form connections with others?  Back up your claim not with personal anecdotes, but rather with stuff from Buck's life as written in the book.

yes the reason that we need connections to others is that there is so much more to life that we do not know about that we learn mainly through other people that we come in contact with. Buck would have never became comfortable around spitz if he didnt let a connection develop within.

yes in life, well in these current days you do need connections because its not how many people you know, but it's who u kno is what counts. and i also agree with bryan when he said if buck hadnt met spitz then there wouldnt have been a connection. also to add to the connection question, it is important to make connections with people because its a good way to form a bond between two or more people. its good to have soomeone to share things with.
